Job Description
The Administrative Assistant position within Human Resources will support the Talent Acquisition and Employee and Labor Relations teams. This position will provide scheduling and administrative support for assigned leader(s) and team(s). This position will also manage payments for the departments, assist in the creation and maintenance of the annual budget, and support timekeeping. May assist with coordination of new employees’ onboarding plans and other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant experience.
Per Classified Civil Svc Specifications:
Six months' experience (600 hours training) using computers to generate a variety of materials ranging from basic to complex; 6 months' experience (600 hours coursework) in office practices and procedures; 6 months' experience (600 hours course work) in customer service.
