The Business Operations Analyst 3 serves as a strategic partner to the Department Chair and the Department Administrator, managing high-level operations and complex departmental initiatives. This role is responsible for the seamless execution of business tasks, including managing intricate executive calendars, tracking critical budget and evaluation deadlines, and maintaining essential process documentation and staff directories. As a project leader, the incumbent standardizes internal workflows such as staff onboarding and offboarding while serving as a primary liaison between HR, Finance, and IT to ensure operational alignment.
