Scope of Position
Responsible for identifying, remediating and communicating issues and needs pertaining to the Service Delivery environment at the medical center. The Service Delivery Team within BTS is committed to assisting The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) and its patients.
Position Summary
Assists in the support and maintenance of the desktop, telephony, video and other related peripheral equipment at OSUWMC. Technical duties typically include the installation, monitoring and service of hardware, software and peripherals at the whole unit or individual component level at OSUWMC. These duties may include CMDB database updates for end user devices. Provides technical expertise or guidance for, fault diagnosis, identification, isolation and resolution for most issues and deployments in these areas. Acts as a team member for complex projects, assignments and issues associated with the Service Delivery area.
Desired Qualifications
High School diploma and 2 years of desktop support experience.
