Reporting and Analytics Specialist

Reporting to the Quality Data Manager, the Reporting and Analytics Analyst 1 supports the data management and reporting needs for programs within the Department of Emergency Medicine, including the PH2S/HealthNow program. This position is responsible for assisting with the collection, cleaning, management, and visualization of clinical and research data. The Data Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring data quality and will help generate reports to meet program information, assessment, and grant accountability needs. This role will work closely with the data team to perform routine data tasks, support quality assurance activities, and contribute to the overall data infrastructure of the department.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly a strong command of Excel.
  • Ability to perform routine, structured tasks reliably and independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience or familiarity with data capture systems (e.g., REDCap) is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with a statistical programming language (such as R or Python) or data visualization tools (such as Tableau) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • An interest in public health, emergency medicine, or health services research.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
