Researcher will be responsible for designing and conducting experiments to support ongoing projects in the lab. This includes manipulating gene expression using standard molecular biology tools (i.e. siRNA, shRNA, CRISPR), performing cell-based assays to assess cellular proliferation and transformation, and carrying out basic protein and RNA analyses. The scientist will also assist with in vivo studies in mouse models, including handling, monitoring, and collection of experimental samples, as well as evaluating responses to experimental treatments. In addition, the role will involve participation in omics-style studies (e.g., metabolomics and proteomics) and contribute to the analysis and interpretation of resulting data.

The Researcher will maintain an organized and detailed laboratory notebook that clearly documents experimental plans, methods, and results, and will present updates on their work at lab meetings (no more than 2 -3 times per year).
