Job Description
Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager or Assistant Director, this role executes and administers a coordinated, lean supply chain support system that operates efficiently and meets the needs of clinical and operational areas across the organization. Responsibilities span inventory management, logistics coordination, and procedural supply operations across multiple environments including warehouse/distribution, inpatient units, procedural areas, and storeroom operations.
This position ensures the right products are available at the right place and time to support patient care, while maintaining compliance, cost control, and operational efficiency. The role collaborates closely with clinical staff, supply chain teams, and vendors to manage inventory, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
This role operates with a high level of autonomy, particularly in off-shift or decentralized environments, requiring independent decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving to ensure continuity of patient care and supply availability without direct on-site supervision.
