Function: Business Planning and Operations

Function Description:

Business Planning and Operations is responsible for the strategic planning, analysis and ongoing operations of colleges and units. Reporting and analytics support is provided to inform strategic planning and business operations; project management support is provided as a means of executing on the strategic plan. Additionally, administrative assistance and office services provides administrative support to executives, managers, and departments such as clerical support, office, mail and copy center services.

Job Description:

Provides administrative and some research support to the Gynecologic Oncology Faculty including the Division Director; Coordinates and maintains academic, professional and clinical calendars as needed and directed; Prepares and distributes correspondence; Schedules meetings with internal and external contacts; Makes travel arrangements for conferences and special meetings; Creates invoices and assists with reimbursements in Workday; Divisional supply ordering; Assists with Gynecologic Oncology Clinical Schedule Development; Coordinates special division functions and events; Assists with Promotion & Tenure activities by preparing dossiers and tracking educational activities; Supports the Credentialing process for the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology; Provides calendar support to the Department Administrator and coordination of Women & Infants activities; Other Duties as Assigned.
