The Athletic Training EBP Lead will report directly to the Athletic Training Supervisor that oversees the respective region with guidance from the Director, Sports Medicine Outreach. The Athletic Training EBP Lead is responsible for advancing program excellence by integrating the latest research evidence into practice across Sports Medicine Outreach programs. This role serves as a clinical resource and mentor to outreach athletic trainers, ensuring that care delivery aligns with current best practices and improves patient outcomes. The EBP Lead collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and coordinate communication within and between outreach regions to support ongoing quality improvement initiatives and fosters a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the Sports Medicine outreach.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training and/or related health science field required. State of Ohio Athletic Trainer license and National Athletic Trainers' Association certification. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
