Job Description
Under general supervision, provides production support for our Epic EMR, focusing on issues related to access, performance, workstation configuration, and printing. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrate agility in adapting to shifting priorities, and contribute to project-level work such as department moves, new facility go-lives, and other duties as assigned. Attention to detail and a strong technical, analytical mindset are essential for success in this role.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant work experience. Epic certification preferred; proficient in Epic applications build for workstations and printers, change control, and Data Courier. Experience with Windows server support and scripting desired.
