Job Description

Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager or Assistant Director, executes and administers a coordinated lean supply support system that operates efficiently and meets the needs of the clinical areas within OSUWMC. Stocks and manages supply inventory levels in clinical areas. Performs all supply chain tasks in the procedural areas to include forecasting, requisitioning, inventory control, and implant/consignment management. Manages case picking of supplies and collaborates with clinical staff to maintain accuracy of preference cards and is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the two bin Kanban system. Communicates with clinical and supply chain staff, and vendors regarding supply chain issues, including but not limited to, expiration tracking, cycle counting, annual physical inventory, par level analysis, product trials, product conversions, product discontinuations, preference card management, storage location flow and overall organization.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED and 2 years of relevant inventory management experience.
