Reporting to the Department of Neuroscience Chair, the (level) Director provides strategic leadership, direction, and oversight for complex, multi-faceted education programs. This role is responsible for setting and implementing short- and long-term educational goals, developing and administering programs, and evaluating outcomes to support departmental, college, and university priorities. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, serves as a primary authority for assigned programs, and partners closely with faculty leadership and administrative units to advance educational quality, innovation, and growth.  The (level) Director provides oversight and direction on the full student life cycle—from recruitment and admissions through enrollment, academic progression, student support, academic and career advising and graduation—ensuring a cohesive, high-quality learner experience and strong student outcomes.

Minimum Education Required

A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree may be required. 6 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 or more years of relevant experience preferred. Requires successful completion of a background check.  Selected candidate may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical to include a drug screen.
