Program coordinator supporting a variety of administrative and operational tasks for existing and future learning and development related programs in ED&R. Those tasks may include scheduling, preparing materials, program enrollment, communications with participants and managers, collating program satisfaction data. The person in the role must work collaboratively with colleagues and teams across ED&R and HR as well as with team members across OSUWMC.
Learning and Development program support
Supporting program enrollment
Coordinating program communications (i.e. pre-session reminders, post-session follow up, program evaluations, etc.)
Preparing technology for facilitators
Preparing and organizing class materials
Room set up and clean up (for in person sessions)
Preparing/supporting technology for facilitators as needed
Coaching/Team Effectiveness Program Support
Assessment administration support for team and individual assessments
Assessment related communications
Mentoring and Internship Program Coordination
Supporting program enrollment
Coordinating program communications (reminders, post-session follow up, evaluations, etc.)
Support various elements of summer intern onboarding, (i.e. scheduling, projects etc.)
Support invoicing and expense tracking for summer internship program
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
