Administrative Assistant to support faculty in multiple divisions within the department of neurology by providing assistance with calendar maintenance, conference planning, faculty onboarding and offboarding, organizing meetings, event planning, travel arrangements, purchasing and reimbursements, etc.

Minimum Education Required
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required.


Required Qualifications
6 months experience (600 hours course work or training) in customer service or communications, including researching, analyzing & interpreting information; 3 months experience (300 hours course work) in budgeting; 6 months experience (600 hours training) in operation of spreadsheet, publication, and/or presentation software and related computer equipment; 3 months experience (300 hours course work) in supervision management; 3 months experience (300 hours course work) in interviewing. Requires successful completion of a background check; qualified candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
